RETURN MERCHADIZE POLICY

1. To insure proper credit, all returned merchandise must have a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) form duly accomplished by an authorized person. You may get the form through your respective Account Representative.
2. All goods returned for credit will only be accepted within Thirty (30) days of receipt provided with AIRWAY bill, otherwise the date of the invoice will be the basis.
3. Return goods must be in original saleable condition. Absolutely no return after merchandise has been used. And it should be in the original shipping cartons and packing material.
4. Return Goods Authorization form (RGA) should be forwarded to MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. together with the copy of Delivery Receipt (DR) Issued.
5. If in case the items to be returned are not transmitted to us immediately the customer should inform on the breakdown of the merchandize thru the ff:

6. The RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION FORM (RGA) should be forwarded first to MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP., together with the photocopy of Invoice or DR issued, before the shipment of the return merchandize. We will assign an RGA number to you before you will authorized to send sample.
7. Inspect the shipment thoroughly as soon as received. All our shipments have been counted and inspected by our Warehouse and Distribution Center Department. If any concealed loss or damage is discovered, please contact us immediately.
8. All returned items are for replacement or account deduction.
9. MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. presumed that all deliveries are in good condition if we don’t receive any complaints with in 30 days from the date of receipt.
DELIVERY AND COD POLICY
1. All prices are quoted based on our SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (SRP) and subject to change without prior notice.
2. The total amount of the PURCHASE ORDER (PO) to be delivered should have a minimum amount of P10, 000.00(net) for Metro Manila and/or one (1) full canter-type truck for nearby provincial areas.
3. For provincial customers, it is highly suggested for them to provide a trucking company and charges will be covered by the customer.
4. MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. reserves the right to delay or cancel all shipments if the amount is delinquent or exceeds credit limit.
5. MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. will endeavor to ship as quickly as possible, (usually three to five days on standard items).
6. If a specific ship date is required, please indicate that date along with the words "MUST SHIP". If MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. is unable to meet your requested ship date, we will make every effort to notify you as quickly as possible.
7. In case of the early delivery and adjusted date of delivery, MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. will inform the customer 2 days prior to the reschedule date for approval of the customer and for check preparations, likewise if the customer will make an adjustment on the delivery schedule, they should inform MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP. for the changes otherwise MAX IDEAS MKTG. CORP.. have the right to charge the customer of the delivery charge.
8. Again, the deliverymen should not bring down the merchandise unless the payment is ready.
